(Tamil)How To Become A Successful Entrepreneur | Motivational Video HOW TO BECOME ENTREPRENEURSHIP, LISTEN You are in a Video That is Going to Make You an Entrepreneur , So Prepare Yourself TO See Yourself As An ENTREPRENEUR 1. Love what you do. Passion is key to keeping a business strategy moving. Half-heartedness in an entrepreneurial endeavor will chip away at your drive to succeed. Perseverance is the one thing that’s guaranteed to move anything over time, whether it’s a person, a job or an entire company. Abraham Lincoln failed at most of his efforts until late in his life, but he never gave up. 2. Take baby steps. Jumping all in is rarely ever successful. There are success stories about people who invested everything once and came out winners after six months or a couple years, but those are rare. Risk management is an essential factor in any startup, and balance is vital. You can absorb losses more easily if you take smaller risks in the beginning. Those will provide essential and productive lessons. 3. Learn from others. Successful entrepreneurs often worked for others in their field of choice before striking out on their own. Spending a few years in the industry under an excellent mentor will provide a good launching pad. Learn from your predecessors’ mistakes and brainstorm about how to improve upon their model. Find someone willing to teach, and think about starting your business elsewhere when you leave. 4. Learn how to self-promote. Confidence and a good elevator speech can take any pitch to the next level. The first marketing any company experiences comes from its founder. Spend time learning how to share your vision without coming across as “salesy.” Don’t be afraid to ask for the sale, but remember: the client is always the focus. 5. Constantly take action. Entrepreneurs are movers and shakers. They can’t afford to analyze every detail or they’d never get anywhere. There is no place for procrastination in a startup. It’s a 24/7, no-vacation-or-sick-days kind of job that demands constant forward momentum. Make a brief assessment at every step and move on it. Trust your instincts. How To Become An IAS Officer ( Tamil )

12:56
How To Become An IAS Officer ( Tamil ) Most of us are used to working hard. Our education system is such that unless we cram tens of books each year, whether or not we understand what’s inside the book is immaterial, we cannot progress to the higher level. So most of us are accustomed to working hard which in the context of IAS preparation refers to studying 10 hours or more, every day. So much for hard work. Now comes the smart part. Smartness could mean different things to different readers. It could mean reading selectively but reading well, reading many books selectively, mixing books and notes, making micro notes, proper time management, taking mock tests and so on. Smart work is all this and more. In fact smartness is the approach you adopt in a particular situation. To prepare for IAS smartly requires you to be flexible as opposed to rigid, to experiment as opposed to sticking with the familiar, to plan ahead as opposed to the short term only. Let’s say you plan to appear for the 2018 Prelims. The right approach would be to start preparing for the IAS prelims at least 10 months in advance. 10 months’ time is just right to crack the prelims. Neither too much nor too less. With too much time in hand, just like other things in excess, we tend to waste it. In fact, we should always have a little less time in hand to feel some sense of urgency to get things done. Most people tend to work best under reasonable pressure. Neither too much nor too less. The next step when starting your IAS preparation is to get familiar with the Prelims syllabus. Doing this you will know exactly what you need to cover within this time frame to crack the prelims. The good part about the new CSAT syllabus is that optional subjects have been done away with. So you can just concentrate on General Studies. And if you’re like me then studying GS is like listening to music; there’s no hard work involved. Just pure fun. Preparing for IAS need not necessarily mean monotony. The more you enjoy preparing GS the easier the Prelims goal will become. That’s smart. Once you know the syllabus get started with the actual preparation. Obviously everyone can’t prepare for 10 hours, particularly working people. But even working people can crack the IAS. The exact time is not important here. Some can achieve in 6 hours what others can in 10 hours. It depends on you. If you’re just starting out I’d suggest you start with 4-5 hours and scale up gradually. (Tamil)ஈர்ப்பு விதியால் பணம்,அபரிமிதம் அடையும் இரகசியம் | Law Of Attraction Law Of Attraction And The Secrets Of Law Of Attraction Does The Law Of Attraction Work And How Can It Be Used To Your Advantage? Before you begin to embark on the incredible journey towards true enlightenment in the Law of Attraction, it is important that you understand that you can apply it you your life and it can be effective if the correct tools are used. The practices and beliefs in this law have been igniting the lives of great individuals throughout the course of history. Hundreds of years ago the Law of Attraction was first thought to have been taught to man through the immortal Buddha, who wanted it to be known that ‘what you have become is what you have thought’ – a belief that is deeply intrinsic with the Law of Attraction. With the spread of this concept to western culture also came the term ‘Karma’, a belief that is popular throughout numerous societies. Over the centuries it has been a common understanding amongst many that what you give out to the world (be it anger or happiness, hate or love) is ultimately what can return to your own life in the end. This simple and easy-to-follow concept which has been so popular amongst many for a large number of years demonstrates that the idea of the power of attraction is not new whatsoever and is already recognisable to many of us in a variety of ways. Throughout history, a great many women and men who have left their mark on this world have shown the Law of Attraction to be one of the greatest powers on earth; with many well-loved poets, artists, scientists and great thinkers such as Shakespeare, Blake, Emerson, Newton and Beethoven all conveying this message through their many works. The main principles of the Law of Attraction can also be discovered in the teachings of many civilizations and religious groups. An example – in the proverbs 23:7, it reads ‘As a man thinketh in his heart so is he’. Proof of praise for the Laws of Attraction can be uncovered throughout the ages; all recorded and taught in different ways, but still there for all of humanity to find. Free Yourself From Negativity And Revel In The Universal Law of Attraction: The most challenging part of acknowledging and accepting the truth that the Law of Attraction has to offer, is coming to the realization that every single one of your experiences in life, good and bad, have been shaped by you alone. For many, this can be a bitter pill to swallow, especially if you feel that you or your loved ones have been dealt some particularly hard blows in life. However, once you have truly come to understand the true key behind of the Law of Attraction you can be renewed with hope and courage in the overwhelming knowledge that you are free to take charge of your life and free yourself forever from the cycle of fear, worry or negativity which has held you back for too long. Allow The Quantum Physics Law Of Attraction To Bring You One Step Closer To Your Dreams The work of quantum physicists during recent years has helped to shine greater light on the incredible impact that the power of the mind has on our lives and the universe in general. The more that this idea is explored by scientists and great thinkers alike, the greater an understanding we have on just how significant a role the mind plays in shaping our lives and the world around us. It doesn’t matter if you do not ever come to have a thorough understanding of the quantum physics behind the Law of Attraction, many never will, but this does not mean that we all cannot enjoy the many benefits that this generous and law can offer us. As physicists come to supply us with more and more information regarding the law, the more we can simply rejoice in the truly liberating and empowering realization that we are the creators and controllers of our life and the energy we are all made of. Be happy, for the universe is always on our side! The more time you dedicate to learning how to use the Law of Attraction effectively, the more fulfilling and rewarding your life can be. There are no restrictions; open your mind and enjoy the natural abundance of the Universe. Mechanical engineering is a diverse subject that derives its breadth from the need to design and manufacture everything from small individual parts and devices (e.g., microscale sensors and inkjet printer nozzles) to large systems (e.g., spacecraft and machine tools). The role of a mechanical engineer is to take a product from an idea to the marketplace. In order to accomplish this, a broad range of skills are needed. The mechanical engineer needs to acquire particular skills and knowledge. He/she needs to understand the forces and the thermal environment that a product, its parts, or its subsystems will encounter; to design them for functionality, aesthetics, and the ability to withstand the forces and the thermal environment they will be subjected to; and to determine the best way to manufacture them and ensure they will operate without failure. Perhaps the one skill that is the mechanical engineer’s exclusive domain is the ability to analyze and design objects and systems with motion. For those interested in applied scientific and mathematical aspects of the discipline, graduate study in mechanical engineering can lead to a career of research and teaching. (Tamil) Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind | Motivational Video In Tamil #1

11:11
(Tamil) Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind | Motivational Video In Tamil #1 Subconscious Mind Programming It’s extremely important to understand this fact: in order to make a deep long-term change in the patterns you have, ideas, perceptions, worldviews, customs and beliefs – you must change the paradigms you have in your subconscious mind. Subconscious mind programming sounds threatening, but It’s utterly possible to do. The techniques presented below, will teach you step by step how to harness the power of the subconscious mind with only a few minutes a day. Applying theses subconscious mind techniques takes time, practice and persistence. Of course those three key success elements are relevant only if you know what you’re doing. The Rules Of The Subconscious Mind Programming Process Rule #1: Know what you want When it comes to making a change in the subconscious mind level, you MUST decide what exactly you want to improve. You have to be specific, yet not too specific, you have to be rational in your request (willing yourself to fly like a bird is not rational, but you can make it rational if you want to take a skydiving course) and you MUST focus on that, and that only! Focusing on different subjects simultaneously can only confuse your subconscious mind; you’ll be scattered and that is the opposite of being goal-oriented. For example, if you wish to find your soul mate, focus on that, and don’t stretch it into other areas like making more money, losing weight, and overcoming anxiety. It’s great to have different goals, but you have to put your focus on one at a time. However, some goals don’t require subconscious mind reprogramming at all so you can still have your main goal plus other goals that require nothing but practice (like getting a driver’s license.) If you have several goals that demand subconscious mind changing, choose one that is your main priority. Rule #2: Reveal the subconscious patterns that stop you When you choose your main goal, you need to have dialog with yourself and find related subconscious mind obstacles that are part of the whole picture. For instance, a woman who wants to find her perfect partner: she needs to talk to herself, honestly, without masks, without excuses about what is stopping her from meeting the right person. Maybe she is too dependent and that makes potential partners go away, so she needs to take care of that issue too, along with her main goal. When you are having dialog with yourselves, you must ask yourself: what is preventing me from getting x? what possible subconscious mind blockages do I hold? Sometimes you won’t be able to find the answer yourself, so you will need to get help in order to find it. The help can be a therapist or even close friends who know you the best. You must be willing to be exposed to the answer they give you. Rule #3: Apply the subconscious shifting methods before sleep When using those techniques to program the subconscious mind that are shown below, it must be before sleeping time or right when you wake up in the morning. About 15 minutes before falling asleep, the mind and body begin to calm down, the muscles loosen up, the breathing becomes more at ease, the heartbeats start to slow down and the whole system gets into a deeper relaxation mode. At this point, the brain produces alpha waves. Researcher’s EEG studies show that in this 15-minute window between wakefulness and sleep, the brain waves slow down and there are between 7-14 electrical waves each second – those are Alpha waves. In this stage, according to research, The subconscious mind’s tunnel is “open” to receive messages. If you don’t have a list, it’s time to make one. It is necessary because you need to know what you want for yourself, your life, where you are going, what your direction is, and what your goal is. It only takes a few minutes a day. According to Mother Theresa, there is a great deal of joy and happiness in serving another human being. With the increase in prosperity in our country, the government has shifted its focus to the more basic needs such as hospitals and dispensaries. These days, you can find a hospital even in the most remote towns and villages. It is a fact that a lot of private sector hospitals have come up in the recent years too. If you are looking for a government job, then you must at least have a graduate degree in nursing. I am sure most of you know that nursing is not a fashionable job. You can apply for the position of a nurse in many private hospitals. There are many other choices which are afforded to you as a graduate in nursing. You can work in a school as a nurse. Most schools, these days, have an in house nurse and the pay packet is almost equivalent as that of teachers. You can choose to work at old age homes too. It is a sad reality that more and more elderly people are moving to old age homes. You can find jobs as a caregiver and a nurse at many such facilities all over the country. You can find jobs at orphanages too. Many industries hire an in house nurse too. (Tamil)START TODAY | வெற்றி பெற உடனடி நடவடிக்கை | Motivational Video SHARETWEETSHAREEMAILCOMMENTS How and why you should become a winner in life! Since ancient times, society has always praised winners. Winning is and has become the central core of society , and everything that we do revolves around this one dynamic. And I just want to add a favorite quote “Winners never quit and quitters never win”. The benefits of winning Victory tastes very sweet and there are many advantages to winning, as the harder the win was, the sweeter the taste of victory is. You start feeling better about yourself and you improve your confidence, you boost up your morale and your desire to win, becomes greater than the fear of losing. 1. Set up specific goals, you need to know where you are going. Imagine you are in a race, but you don’t know where is the finishing line, would you be able to win? No, you wouldn’t. That’s why you need a specific target, you need to know exactly what direction are you going in, and where the finishing line is. And learn to work towards something rather than working aimlessly. 2. You need to learn to take responsibility for your actions You can’t blame others for your mistakes, and you can’t use excuses. Winners are people that are self aware about their own mistakes, they understand that it’s their choices and decisions that brought them there. Winners don’t use excuses, they find solutions. 3. Form a winning habit Strange right? But that’s what you have to do. You have to form a winning habit, and habits are hard to develop. To form a winning habit, you need to start looking things at a different perspective, you have to look at them like challenges. You should try to challenge yourself daily, form a habit of doing every day something you couldn’t do before. 4. Don’t be afraid to fail You shouldn’t be afraid to fail, what you should do is learn to accept your failures as a lesson. You shouldn’t let failing demotivate you, you should get the best out if it, and that’s the lesson and you should use that lesson as a guide to help you win next time. 5. Be eager to learn every day Try to learn something new every day, read a book or meet new people or do something different. Because when it comes to winning, having more knowledge is basically power. 6. Take risks Don’t be afraid of taking a risk. Because if you are too cautious, you might miss the opportunity and you might not have a second one. 7. Stay focused Keeping your focus towards the finishing line is what matters. (Tamil) Inner Journey For re-engineering Mind | Life Changing

12:15
(Tamil) Inner Journey For re-engineering Mind | Life Changing 1. Step. The first awakening: the world of permanent change Our whole life is a rush. We chase our desires and unfulfilled dreams. We are attracted by money, power, prestige, a wholesome, happy life. All this lies there hidden behind the powerful iron gate that is towering in front of us. Spurred by our ambitions, we pursue various goals all through our lives. We aspire for something all the time, we always want to achieve something. This restless rush is instigated by our fear that we are still not what we want to be. We are never satisfied, we always want something else, we would like to be better, more beautiful, richer than we are at present. That is how we pursue our goals until death, when we realize how meaningless the whole thing has been. But why are these goals meaningless, we begin to protest immediately. The protest is caused by the vary nature of the forms and shapes, as in their world every form and shape is subject to permanent change, birth and death. Whatever we attract to us, we are going to lose it, as everybody departs from this world empty-handed, all those who pursue their goals, live in the spell of past and future. 2. Step. The spiritual seeking We, however, wish to find the security of permanence in our life. We would like to find what is beyond the world of constant change. In order to do so, we become spiritual seekers. As a first step of spiritual seeking we start to look for enlightenment, Self-recognition in the world of shapes and forms (that is, outside ourselves) in the hope of thus reaching the state of permanent happiness. We intend to find a dogma, a great Master, an elevating spiritual experience that expands our Consciousness. If it is not found here on Earth, we will be looking for it in the other world, in the heaven of a religion. We use the mind as a mean of spiritual search. It is through the mind that the Ego intends to understand what is beyond mind and forms. The mind in this way prepares the mental image of enlightenment, seeking, happiness etc. The mental images are born through the comprehensive process of the mind. For comprehension, we also require information, so we shall gather bits of information like a busy ant. From books on religion and spirituality, lectures heard and conversations attended, we are attempting to screen information, ideas, opinions and experience necessary for them. The same takes place with spiritual experience. We assume that if we gather a sufficient amount of experience, as a result we will reach a certain point, we will increase their spirituality. These mental images motivate us to make efforts at implementing the mental images at the level of daily life, to make these images the cornerstones of our life. Achieving spiritual objectives, however, affords only momentary satisfaction for us, so after achieving one specific goal, relentlessness returns, urging us to start working for new objectives. The mind produces new mental images, and seeking starts all over again. 3. Step. The second awakening: the stop We then go on seeking, until we eventually become tired of the process, and finally recognize its true nature. That is when we arrive at our second awakening. We stop and abandon spiritual seeking. We recognize that all the objectives we have so far been looking for outside ourselves, are only found within ourselves. We will stop when we recognize the activities of the mind and refuse to follow it any longer. We realize that with the help of the mind we will not be able to surpass the mind. We will experience that stopping is the inactive moment of the mind, the silence between thoughts. In that silence, we will experience the Consciousness without forms, and recognize that we are in fact the Presence without thoughts. We then leave behind the spiritual seeker, with all the accumulated knowledge and lofty spiritual experience. (Tamil)Live For Your Dreams | Stop Being For Others | Motivational Speech

06:46
(Tamil)Live For Your Dreams | Stop Being For Others | Motivational Speech Motivation , Tamil , Success Life , Motivation , Inspirational It's YOUR life. Start living it the way you want to! I've noticed that more people are responding with, “I’m busy,” rather than, “I’m good,” when asked how they're doing. This observation got me thinking that being preoccupied and over-scheduled is the new, welcomed normal. If you're, in fact, like the masses, you're probably asking yourself, Is this as good as it gets? But why do you keep using the Busy response like a badge of honor? I'll tell you why and some simple solutions to get out of this life-sucking epidemic. Let me share an experience with you, in order to illustrate what I’m talking about. I was recently on a business trip with my husband, and I was talking with a fellow seminar attendee about a book I read. She responded in a condescending tone, “Read? I can’t remember when I had time to read an actual book. I guess I’m just too busy.” That’s sad. It’s tragic that we've allowed societal expectations to skew our perception of leisure, to the point that we view any activity that's not considered work as a waste of time. How Did This Happen? It happened in a very methodical and malicious manner where media and advertisements fed us messages that we weren't enough. The media has created this illusion of how we need to behave, look and feel, along with the things that we need to achieve, accomplish and acquire in order to obtain true happiness. After a while, we stopped questioning the illusion’s attainability and accepted it as truth. This is when we stopped being honest. We crafted facades and only allowed others to see what we wanted them to see — perfection. Now we live in a world full of posers and pretenders, where authenticity is as rare as seeing a tween riding a bicycle, and real talk is as foreign as free time. Why Would Society Set Such Impractical Standards? It's for greed. Just think about it: If we always believe that we're not enough, we'll constantly chase after anything that promises contentment. And it's for power. Society demands order and control. Since power and greed are two very seductive desires, the standards have become more and more unattainable. Look around and you'll see we're all one in the same, all searching for that illusive dream that has been promised to us, if we just do it all right. The dream is like the rabbit that leads the dogs around the racetrack — it will always remain just out of our reach. What Does This Cost Us? If we continue on this path of self-destruction, we will find ourselves unhappy, overwhelmed, without a purpose and kind of robotic. The days will feel like a blur and the years will fly by, until something happens to jolt us back to life. Either someone we love will tragically die, or we will personally get some morbid news from the doctor. Only then will we slow down enough to look at the life we've created and ask, "Is this it?" How Can We Stop This Madness? You can make the choice to slow down and take inventory of what your life truly is. I’m sure you’ll find it surprising how many hours you spend volunteering for things that mean absolutely nothing to you, how much time you waste being a shuttle service for your children’s extra curricular activities, and how none of your values line up with the way you're choosing to live your life. Take action by simplifying your schedule, commitments and life. Adopt the great skill of discernment when it comes to giving away your time. Get to know the real you by becoming curious about your likes and dislikes, what fills your cup versus what does not, and what excites rather than numbs you. From the extra time you gain, you can savor the moments that you have and begin to craft a life that's actually worth living. keywords: best motivational speech in tamil, best tamil motivation, confidence motivation tamil, depression motivation tamil, entrepreneur motivation tamil, motivation dialogue in tamil, self development motivation tamil, tamil business motivation, tamil motivation for students, tamil motivation speech, tamil motivation video, tamil motivational, tamil motivational and inspirational songs, tamil motivational scenes, tamil motivational speech, tamil motivational speech for success in life, tamil motivational speeches by famous people, tamil motivational video, tamil motivational videos for success

TIPS FOR NETWORK MARKETING :- 1.Choose wisely. There are six key elements you should be looking for [when selecting an opportunity]. Number one: stability. How old is the company? 2.Number two is excellent products or services that consumers will use and need more of. 3.Number three is the pay plan--how even and fair and generous overall is the distribution? This is really crucial as the pay plan represents exactly how you'll get paid--or not get paid. There are really only two questions to ask [regarding this]: How many pennies out of each sales dollar get paid back to the distributors each month, and how fair is the distribution of these pennies between the old members and the new members? 4.Number four is the integrity of the company and the management. As much as possible, [investigate] the experience of the CEO, [their] experience in the network marketing industry, and their background. [Have] they been successful in other companies in the industry? Do they have a good reputation? 5.Number five is momentum and timing. Look at where the company's at, what's going on with the company, and if it's growing. 6.Number six is support, training and business systems. You may have [chosen] a great company with excellent management, products that make a difference, a pay plan that's uniquely fair and very generous, and momentum and stability, but if you don't have a system in place that works, all of that [doesn't matter]. Most companies will have a transferable training system that they use, and that's where mentorship comes in. 7.Practice what they teach. [To succeed,] you need to be willing to listen and learn from mentors. The way this industry is structured, it's in the best interests of the [MLM veterans in your company] to help you succeed, so they're willing to teach you the system. Whatever [your mentor] did to become successful, it's very duplicatible, but you have to be willing to listen and be taught and follow those systems. 8.The higher-ups. It can be called various things, but the general term is the "upline," meaning the people above you. How supportive are they? Do they call you? Do they help you put a plan in place? Are they as committed to your success as they are to their own? You should be able to relate to [the people in your upline] and be able to call them at any time to say "I need some help." How much support there is from the people above you in the company is very important. 9.Take up the lead with your downline. There's a term in the network marketing industry called "orphans"--when somebody is brought in and then the person who brought them in is just so busy bringing in other people that they don't spend the time to teach and train [the new person]. You should be prepared to spend at least 30 days helping a new person come into the industry--training them, supporting them and holding their hand until they feel confident to be able to go off on their own. You really need to ask yourself, are you willing to do that? Are you able to do that? This is really about long-term relationship building. It's not about just bringing people into the business and just moving forward. It's about working with these people and helping them to develop relationships. 10.On the net. People are utilizing [the internet] as their main marketing tool. [You can set up your site] with autoresponders so when you capture leads, the autoresponder can follow up with that person. One of the greatest keys to success in this industry is follow-up. Many people will have someone call them who's interested or they'll call the person and say they're interested, but then they don't follow up with it. Automation on the internet has allowed a much more consistent method of following up. The only drawback with the internet is people who utilize it to spam. If there was one thing I could put forward to say, "Do not do" when utilizing the internet as a marketing tool, it's spamming because that can give a very bad reputation not only to you but also to the company you're working with. மன அழுத்தத்திலிருந்து மீள உதவும் எளிய வழி முறைகள் | Motivational Video depression and anxiety, depression motivation, depression treatment 7 Motivation Hacks to Get You Fired-up When You’re Feeling Depressed : 1. Use a Mantra Find a couple of short and sweet mantras to steer your mind off of negative thoughts. These power statements are concise — no more than a sentence long. And it doesn’t matter if it’s cheesy or tacky, what matters is hearing it encourages you to move forward. 2. Aim Low You can’t expect yourself to complete all the tasks you laid out when you weren’t feeling down. Your energy levels then and now are drastically different, so it’s not feasible. You’ll feel like a loser if you fall short of expectations. Set ridiculously easy goals instead, and avoid the drama. If one of your goals is to finish your math homework, try solving just 1 problem. Once you accomplish that, raise the bar and solve 1 more equation. If you can’t, that’s okay too. 3. Don’t Feed The Beast Feeling bad about your situation will just make things worse. Depression feeds (and grows) from negative emotions, like self-pity, self-doubt, and fears. It’s impossible to eradicate these thoughts but you can learn to identify them, which then helps you minimize them. 4. Exercise 5. Stick To Your Schedule When life throws you out of balance, your routine is there to comfort and provide some semblance of control over your life. Brushing your teeth, fixing the bed, doing the groceries, these are all regular habits that frame your existence. So stick to your daily routine even when you feel down. 6. Avoid Overwhelm By Delegating Tasks When you’re suffering from depression, your ability to complete your typical workload is affected. And when your work piles up, you’ll get overwhelmed. When that happens, there’s a huge chance you’ll spiral down into the black hole of negative thoughts in your head. Either way, you’re not helping anyone. Avoid this by delegating small, low-impact tasks to friends, co-workers and family. Anything that doesn’t need your input to get done can be delegated. If you’re OC, accept that other people have a different way of doing things, but it doesn’t mean their methods are wrong. 7. Create A Mental Barrier Protecting You From Depression Keywords: counselling for depression in tamil, depression in tamil, depression in tamil language, depression in tamil meaning, depression songs in tamil, depression treatment in tamil depression, depression and anxiety, depression in hindi, depression let's talk, depression motivation, depression songs, depression test, depression treatment

CAREERS IN DATA ANALYTICS - Salary , Job Positions , Top Recruiters

CAREERS IN DATA ANALYTICS - Salary , Job Positions , Top Recruiters What IS DATA ANALYTICS? Data analytics (DA) is the process of examining data sets in order to draw conclusions about the information they contain, increasingly with the aid of specialized systems and software. Data analytics technologies and techniques are widely used in commercial industries to enable organizations to make more-informed business decisions and by scientists and researchers to verify or disprove scientific models, theories and hypotheses. As a term, data analytics predominantly refers to an assortment of applications, from basic business intelligence (BI), reporting and online analytical processing (OLAP) to various forms of advanced analytics. In that sense, it's similar in nature to business analytics, another umbrella term for approaches to analyzing data -- with the difference that the latter is oriented to business uses, while data analytics has a broader focus. The expansive view of the term isn't universal, though: In some cases, people use data analytics specifically to mean advanced analytics, treating BI as a separate category. Data analytics initiatives can help businesses increase revenues, improve operational efficiency, optimize marketing campaigns and customer service efforts, respond more quickly to emerging market trends and gain a competitive edge over rivals -- all with the ultimate goal of boosting business performance. Depending on the particular application, the data that's analyzed can consist of either historical records or new information that has been processed for real-time analytics uses. In addition, it can come from a mix of internal systems and external data sources. Types of data analytics applications : At a high level, data analytics methodologies include exploratory data analysis (EDA), which aims to find patterns and relationships in data, and confirmatory data analysis (CDA), which applies statistical techniques to determine whether hypotheses about a data set are true or false. EDA is often compared to detective work, while CDA is akin to the work of a judge or jury during a court trial -- a distinction first drawn by statistician John W. Tukey in his 1977 book Exploratory Data Analysis. Data analytics can also be separated into quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. The former involves analysis of numerical data with quantifiable variables that can be compared or measured statistically. The qualitative approach is more interpretive -- it focuses on understanding the content of non-numerical data like text, images, audio and video, including common phrases, themes and points of view. At the application level, BI and reporting provides business executives and other corporate workers with actionable information about key performance indicators, business operations, customers and more. In the past, data queries and reports typically were created for end users by BI developers working in IT or for a centralized BI team; now, organizations increasingly use self-service BI tools that let execs, business analysts and operational workers run their own ad hoc queries and build reports themselves. (Tamil)How To Be Happy And Positive Always | Ho'oponopono Meditation

(Tamil)How To Be Happy And Positive Always | Ho'oponopono Meditation how to be happy and positive, how to be happy and positive all the time, how to be happy and positive all the time for kids, how to be happy and positive all the time in english, how to be happy and positive all the time in tamil, how to be happy and positive all the time ted,how to be happy and positive everyday Ho'oponopono means to make right. Essentially, it means to make it right with the ancestors, or to make right with the people with whom you have relationships. We believe that the original purpose of Ho'oponopono was to correct the wrongs that had occurred in someone's life including Hala (to miss the thing aimed for, or to err, to disobey) and Hewa (to go overboard or to do something to excess) which were illusions, and even 'Ino (to do harm, implying to do harm to someone with hate in mind), even if accidental. This description is by no means a complete training in how to do Ho'oponopono. While appropriate to do for yourself, for yours and others safety, it should not be done with someone else without training. For example, let's say your five-year-old grandson punched another five-year-old intentionally with hate in mind. If asked, then the one who was punched would forgive the other immediately, because it is inappropriate for anyone to carry guilt any longer than they had to, if it were not necessary. We call this the Hawaiian Code of Forgiveness, and it's an important thought, because when we forgive others, who are we forgiving? Ourselves, of course. If you are familiar with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), there is a saying, "People are only doing the best they can with the resources they have available." If you've heard that before, it has to do with forgiveness. Think about it. As you do consider that you are included in "people." In the Eastern traditions, too, there is a real tradition of being aligned with and cleaning up relations with the ancestors. In Japan, China, as well as the Hawaiian tradition, it is thought to be important to align and clean up any past problems that you've had in relationships, especially with relatives. At the same time, perhaps there are family patterns you do not want. Certainly you have heard the saying, "We just don't do that in our family," or "That's the way it is in our family." What happens then, is that certain generational themes get passed along in families, like sadness or any number of different traits. Ho'oponopono will allow you to clean this up. THEORY: We carry inside us as parts of the Unconscious Mind, all the significant people in our lives. (These parts of us often look very much like Carl Jung's archetypes.) Ho'oponopono makes it "all right" with them. The process of Ho'oponopono is to align with and clean up our genealogy as well as to clean up our relationships with other people in our lives. The Process of Ho'oponopono: Bring to mind anyone with whom you do not feel total alignment or support, etc. In your mind's eye, construct a small stage below you Imagine an infinite source of love and healing flowing from a source above the top of your head (from your Higher Self), and open up the top of your head, and let the source of love and healing flow down inside your body, fill up the body, and overflow out your heart to heal up the person on the stage. Be sure it is all right for you to heal the person and that they accept the healing. When the healing is complete, have a discussion with the person and forgive them, and have them forgive you. Next, let go of the person, and see them floating away. As they do, cut the aka cord that connects the two of you (if appropriate). If you are healing in a current primary relationship, then assimilate the person inside you. Do this with every person in your life with whom you are incomplete, or not aligned. The final test is, can you see the person or think of them without feeling any negative emotions. If you do feel negative emotions when you do, then do the process again. தடைகளை தாண்டி 65 வயதிலும் கோடீஸ்வரரானான KFC யின் வெற்றிக்கதை | Motivational Video Whether you like KFC or not, the story of Colonel Harland Sanders is truly amazing. This story is inspirational because it’s an example of how perseverance, dedication, and ambition along with hard work can create success; regardless of your age. Colonel Harland Sanders has become a world-known figure by marketing his “finger lickin’ good” Kentucky Fried Chicken. The spectacled Colonel Sanders could easily be identified by his clean, crsip white suite, black string tie, and walking cane. A statue of this man can be seen as far away as on Nathan Road in Kowloon, Hong Kong, for one place. One of the most amazing aspects of his life is the fact that when he reached the age of sixty-five, after running a restaurant for several years, Harland Sanders found himself penniless. He retired and received his first social security check which was for one hundred and five dollars. And that was just the beginning of his international fame and financial success story… Col. Sanders was a fellow who really loved to share his fried chicken recipe. He had a lot of positive influence from those who tasted the chicken. Now, the Colonel was retired and up in age and while most people believed in the sanctimony of retirement, the Colonel opted to sell the world on his cool new chicken recipe. With little in terms of means at his disposal, Colonel Sanders traveled door to door to houses and restaurants all over his local area. He wanted to partner with someone to help promote his chicken recipe. Needless to say, he was met with little enthusiasm. He started travelling by car to different restaurants and cooked his fried chicken on the spot for restaurant owners. If the owner liked the chicken, they would enter into a handshake agreement to sell the Colonel’s chicken. Legend has it that Colonel Sanders heard 1009 “no”s before he heard his first “yes”. Ok, let me repeat that. He was turned down one-thousand and nine times before his chicken was accepted once! Colonel in front of his first KFC store. The deal was that for each piece of chicken the restaurant sold, Sanders would receive a nickel. The restaurant would receive packets of Colonel’s secret herbs and spices in order to avoid them knowing the recipe. By 1964, Colonel Sanders had 600 franchises selling his trademark chicken. At this time, he sold his company for $2 million dollars but remained as a spokesperson. In 1976, the Colonel was ranked as the world’s second most recognizable celebrity. Oyo doesn’t own hotels, instead, it ties up with certain hotels and acquires some rooms to be given out to people who want to avail OYO services. It focuses on standardizing the hotels in the non-branded hospitality sector. Oyo rooms is a very successful venture as it has managed to solve the issue of affordability, cleanliness and availability of budget hotels across all Tier-I and Tier-II cities in the country. Sadly, we hardly know anything about the man behind OYO rooms. Ritesh Agarwal, a successful entrepreneur is only 23 years old and has several accolades to his credit. Born to a humble family in Cuttack, his journey of becoming a successful entrepreneur wasn’t a very smooth one. In fact, in the era of start-ups, he had to face certain difficulties in trying to battle it out to make his unconventional idea work. More about the man behind OYO rooms: 1. Ritesh Agarwal is a college drop-out To pursue his passion of becoming an entrepreneur, he enrolled into Indian School of Business & Finance, Delhi but left college mid-way to start his own company. He was hesitant about his decision but from the beginning was very clear about what he wanted to do and took some tough choices to accomplish his dreams. 2. Before OYO, there was Oravel He has travelled all over the country and during such travels, discovered the problem with budget hotels. At the age of 17, he launched Oravel travels, modelled after Airbnb, which later branched out to become OYO rooms. Soon he discovered that the problem with budget hotels was bigger than just availability, so, to counter other issues, he launched OYO. 3. The sole resident Asian to have won a Thiel fellowship The very year he launched Oravel travels, he was nominated for the Thiel fellowship. The fellowship is designed by Peter Thiel, the founder of PayPal and provided a college drop-out, less than 22 years of age, a sum of $100,000 to pursue a start-up dream. Needless to say, he’s the only Indian to receive it. 4. He has certain accolades to his credit Ritesh Agarwal who is merely 23 years old, has certain awards and credentials to his name, some of which are: – Forbes “30 under 30” in the consumer tech sector – Top 50 entrepreneurs in 2013 by TATA First Dot powered by NEN awards – TiE-Lumis Entrepreneurial Excellence award in 2014 – Business World young entrepreneur award 5. Apart from an entrepreneur, he is an author, a coder and a great orator At a young age, his book- A complete Encyclopaedia of top 100 engineering colleges, was published and soon became a best seller. Agarwal started coding at the tender age of 8 and at the age of 16, he got a chance to be one of the 240 students who were a part of an Asian camp held at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. How To Overcome Anger Issues ( Tamil )

09:33
How To Overcome Anger Issues ( Tamil ) Here are some tips to reduce your anger 1. Think before you speak In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 2. Once you're calm, express your anger As soon as you're thinking clearly, express your frustration in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them. 3. Get some exercise Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. 4. Take a timeout Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. 5. Identify possible solutions Instead of focusing on what made you mad, work on resolving the issue at hand. Does your child's messy room drive you crazy? Close the door. Is your partner late for dinner every night? Schedule meals later in the evening — or agree to eat on your own a few times a week. Remind yourself that anger won't fix anything and might only make it worse.
