For the live feed of Nelson Mandela's memorial, go to http://www.enca.com JOHANNESBURG -- Crowds of South Africans attending Nelson Mandela's memorial at FNB Stadium booed loudly as President Jacob Zuma was introduced by ANC Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa. Many in the crowd also made hand gestures as they continued to boo and heckle President Zuma at Mandela's Memorial.  The hand gesture, popular with soccer fans, is commonly used to indicate that spectatorswant the referee to replace or 'rotate' a second-rate player. Zuma remained stoic as former president Thabo Mbeki and Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe received notably louder cheers from the crowd.  Ramaphosa seemed visibly startled, but managed to keep his composure.
