In this video, I went out hiking at the Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline, a part of the East Bay Regional Park District. Enjoy watching me explore the trails and listening to nature. And apologies if you hear a plane. The park is near the airport. It can't be helped. When Peet's Coffee began selling their Limited Release Las Hermanas Fair Trade, I knew I wanted to try it out before Peet's runs out. What better way to try it out for the first time than cold brewing the coffee. If you would like to support my channel, please Like my videos, subscribe to my channel, and share my videos. I look forward to hearing from you at the comments section. Also, here's the link to where I referenced the way I made my cold brew https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wHyr6FdKtzY

My hiking adventure at Redwood Regional Park, part of the East Bay Regional Park District. I started off at the Canyon Meadow Staging Area, where I head up to Canyon Trail. I then continued down East Ridge Trail all the way towards the Skyline Gate Staging Area. After taking a break at the Skyline Gate Staging Area, I continued down Stream Trail back to Canyon Meadow Staging Area. The whole trip was 4 hours long! Unfortunately, I couldn't document all 4 hours of my hiking adventure, due to limitations of my technology. So this is all I could fit in my phone for the moment. I hope to overcome my technological challenges in the future when my finances improve. Subscribe if you want to see more hiking videos and like and share my videos to support my channel! I was not expecting to come across a rare species like the Ridgway's Rail. In fact, the bird took me by surprise when I sat down on the bench! The video maybe short, but I was actually sitting there, watching the endangered bird, for nearly half an hour! Then the rail went back into hiding. I know I was calling it a Clapper Rail in the video, because that's what they used to be called, until 2014 when Ridgway's Rail was since considered a separate species from the Clapper Rail, and I still haven't gotten used to the change! I hope the next time I film Ridgway's Rail, I will have a better digiscoping setup for a better quality video of the gorgeous Rail. It’s been forever since I last uploaded a video onto this channel! I’m finally back, with my job settling down from peak season and much improved video equipment, I’m definitely going to be more active on this channel! What I plan on doing is two kinds of videos: no commentary hiking videos where I explore different trails and review products I use in the outdoors. I hope you support my channel by liking my videos and subscribing to my channel!

Finally, I’m able to upload my whole hiking adventure at Dublin Hills Regional Park, part of the East Bay Regional Park District. Plus, it’s in 4K! I may change this up, a bit, for my next videos, where instead of something long like this, it would be shorter and full of segments, with myself talking about the trail I’m hiking. That way, the video processing and upload time will be a little bit faster (I’m not dropping the video quality!!!) This video was edited on iMovie and it will be the last video I produced using that app. I hope to download a better video editing app soon. Thanks for watching! I’ll see you on the trail!
