An early look at the next version of Android... It better be called Android Peppermint.

In the US police do not need to have a warrant if your phone is locked by biometrics, if you disable all biometrics and only have a password/code or pattern the police cannot force you to unlock your phone without a warrant. Same with windows hello.
Android Paranoid - amazing! I wonder if my Android P is slightly different or has some features disabled. The basic design looks the same, but the bottom of my screen does not have the lighter gradient. Also quick settings are left to right. Long pressing opens details of the WiFi with other networks and such. Can't find the Themes option you did in the video. But mostly everything else seems the same. BTW ~ I'd really love you to do a breakdown of US Android One phones and any recommendations you have on them. It would be tremendously handy for those of us shopping for the "less techy" family members and friends.
Personally I don't like the way it looks (I preferred rectangles) but that's the beauty of android, i can just slap a launcher/theme on it.... also i have a Samsung Phone so it probably will take ages for me to get the update, wich I don't mind at all as it would probably just have the Samsung skin on it anyway....
Android P *eeing on its users now*
That clock's position on the right was perfect to start with. That drawer is really unnecessary. *facepalm* there is so much wrong with this Android P to start with gawwdd
Hi Marques, just a thought...
When you mention the lockdown option (the phone shutdowns all of smart features) instead of it being a security measure wouldn't it be more for saving battery life?
Love your videos by the way. Wanting to buy a Google Pixel 2 thanks to you.
Great video. I remember the days when Google would introduce it's new OS and I couldn't wait until my carrier pushed that OTA update to my phone. With Android P I definitely wouldn't mind having it, (these top 5 features are cool in all) but not one is a "must have" or a "can't wait for" feature, to me. (Currently on S9+ Oreo)
