The Galaxy S8 comes in two sizes this year, and both phones are pretty similar aside from their display dimensions and battery capacity. Which should you buy? Hopefully this video will help you decide.

When I got my S8 I was shocked at how big and narrow it was. I used my S6 Edge for two years and with the switch. I had to adjust to the S8 for about some minutes. I can imagine how big and narrow is the S8 Plus. But I feel both phones should feel super great while holding it
I had the plus first. The screen was a monster and beautiful in everyway. Felt like a boss unlocking it next to iPhone users. But in the end I just couldn't take the cumbersome feel of the phone. I like one handed use and weight savings more than the screen real estate. Battery life was better on the plus but my s8 feels perfect and is still more screen than an iPhone 8+
I just got the normal one today, I love it. Such an amazing phone. I upgraded from the HTC M9 got the otter box symmetry case and it's super sleek. I recommend the normal smaller one it's a perfect size and the finger print scanner is much easier to reach than the larger model
i will buy the s8 soon . in my country people say that the s8 plus battery drain quicker than the s8
because of all the high performance . they also say that you have to turn high .performance off to get a good battery life . because of that , i had to go with the s8
it also got smaller screen which is more comfortable in the hand
S8+ definitely. S8 seems very narrow not enough screen size. I love s8+ with pushing bit more money for long term flagship phone from Samsung. Multitasking, watchung videos are fun to have with s8+. To be honest it's not big in hands as you think.
Couldn't agree more at first I preferred the 8+ but ended up buying the regular S8 no regrets whatsoever you actually get the best of both worlds that beautiful 5.8 inch display in a relatively compact body.
Display has quality issues, after 2 months had to take it to replace the display, already it was showing burn from normal use.
I had a S5 for 3 years no burn or defects. Then 2 years a note 5, no issues.
Sadly quality with Samsung has become an issue since the fiasco of the Note 7.
I first bought the S8 but returned it for the S8+. The main reason is I had a hard time typing on the narrow S8. With the curved screen, there were many mis-hits where the keyboard rounded the curve. With the wider S8+, it's much better, but still not as good as my wide, flat Nexus 6P. The extra battery life helps as well but, truth be told, the S8 was fine. Samsung has built in allot of battery saving technology, so I had no problem getting though the day with either phone.
