SuperSaf TV Ok please help me. Every time I try to have Bixby download a app it says, "ok let's check the screen first." Once it opens the Google store, it finds the app but never automatically downloads the app.
SuperSaf TV hey saf my bixby won't work I have a s8plus everytime I go on it it asks for a update but my phone is updated so idk y it keeps on asking my phones from at&t I tried to restart and everything. Really hope u can help thank you
I resisted Bixby on my Note 8 because I thought it would be like the dreaded old S Voice. However, I finally decided to give it a shot and was surprised by how useful it really is. I now I use it all the time. This comment was not sponsored by Samsung.
question is when are we going to get one that is auto on without having to press a button and have it operate like an amazon echo. I want to be able to say to my phone call my mom @ 1 oclock and give her the following message. What would that take another year or two?
It's very upsetting to see that thousands of people were trying to remove a very very good tool without even trying it ...but I blame the phone tech people for not going deeper in their reviews and trying to understand why samsung will give it a whole dedicated button
And yet it make sense I think paired with Google assistant it's perfect ! Beexby can do anything with your phone for you and it's much quicker !!!!!!
Thanks you samsung and thanks to @sakitech for showing a good and in depth explanation
I would have made one and titled it "DO NOT DELETE BIXBY BEFORE WATCHING THIS "
Bixby seems to be getting worse as the weeks go by with my Note 8. I'm starting to feel about it the way I felt about the previous voice assistants in my Note phones. I certainly wanted to give it a shot but in the end, it's not reliable enough to use. It's too bad. Samsung just can't get this stuff right. Here's something really, really stupid about Bixby. There's a Samsung music player app that comes with the phone. Ask Bixby to play some music and it responds...."OK, let's go to the app store and download Google Music" or something. Even worse, If I launch the Samsung Music app and then say Bixby, play music, it says..."OK, let's go to the play store and download Google Music....". It leaves the app and tries to download google music. In other situations, it's not nearly as smart as it seems at first. I end up trying to carefully figure out the right words to use to guide it to what I'm looking for. At some point I'm just like, this is not worth the trouble. Oh, and of course it's too slow.
KuttyJoe it is still on learning phase. It just launched few month ago. It will take time to learn about your phone. I think Bixby still doesn't support Samsung music app as Google player is their default player now.
Bixby is the best voice assistant in my opinion. Okay, it will have its up and downs but it was just released a couple of months ago. I don't why people say Bixby is useless and not worth it. Just give it chance 😏😏😌
Has anyone got serious trouble actually waking Bixby up by voice ? Unless my phone is required that infront of my mouth Bixby doesn't wake up even after training. It's odd since Google now wakes incredibly well from a distance even.
Trenton Matthews thanks Trenton. I've got it on maximum sensitivity already. I'd be interested if anyone else has noticed a big difference between voice wake sensitivity between Bixby and Google assistant.
My Deep Sea Blue note 8 will be here in just a few hours and I can't wait, I'm pumped to try out Bixby Voice it looks like the AI Assistant I've been waiting for. Damn that blue looks so good, so glad I went with it.
