I continued to be amused by idiots who kept saying how they are "in awe" of this phone design when Sony has been using another design that so much similar. These people are really living under a rock.
I am also seriously laughing at another group of people who kept nit picking on Sony's phone design language and yet they can be still be so utterly deluded to say that they are "in awe" of the Razer phone's design.
I have tried all the phones, from Blackberry to Motorola, Google, Nokia, and ended up with iPhones. I would say, All the phones are good for maximum one year, after that, the battery starts to fuck around, the operating system starts to act weird and so on. But the OS system is very smooth when you run apps on it, the Android sucks and very slow and freezes the hell out of a phone.
Can you please review and compare the camera on this phone to other smartphone cameras? I'm not expecting it to beat the Pixel 2 but it would be nice to see how it compares to the Essential PH-1, Galaxy S8, iPhone 8 and so on.
Expandable memory and removable battery, though?? Those are the REAL deal breakers. What good is a gaming phone if you can't put a million games on it that you'll only sometimes play (if ever) while sticking to your favourite.
Awesome phone! This is the phone I was waiting for: nova launcher; big battery; lots of memory; a 120hz buttery smooth screen; classy design, not curved!!!; all metal; fantastic, fantastic dual front-facing speakers and a good DAC! I don't care about waterproof and wireless charging. This is the one! Finally!
I sold by our iPhone's and bought 2 SGN8's, every time i plug in my head phones I JIZZ IN MY PANTS... Not to mention the reset of phone is truly BAD ASS... Razor would have had me with a head phone jack...
No one seems to say anything about the camera much like... OIS ARE YOU THERE ?, that is a bad sign for starters, let's be honest be it gamer phone or not you need a good camera. The lack of water-resistance is bad, as we know gaming on the phone is done on the toilet. I actually like the look of it and all metal build, not to keen on power-button and fingerprint sensor in one since it will probably be flimsy feeling. Now the screen seems nice and all .... but what fking games run at 120 Hz ? on a phone, very very few probably. AND let's be honest most games, the popular ones like candy crush or what ever will not get better with that display, just seems like there is a lack of games for it, also also what will the battery life be with the screen on 120 Hz during a day ? All concerns that I will wait to see reviewed before i even come close to getting one. That being said as a media consumption phone it looks sweet, fat speakers big screen, variable-refresh and wide color gamut seems awesome for that. And if it is a phone for a gamer why the fking fk dose it not have an RGB logo. Also i want to see bending and all those tests done to see how durable it is, we all recall what happens when you try to bend a nexbit robin i hope.
