Phone provided by Razer for video.
It's a perfect phone. However, I'm not a fan of extreme resolutions on mobile phones. It just takes processing power and it's less smooth. I have a 4k phone but I had to down res it to 1080 so that I could record smooth videos. If you are looking for a new phone, don't go for anything higher than 1080p on 5-6" displays. You really won't feel a difference.
Razer made some archievememt here. They had made laptop with mini screen instead of touchpad aka switchblade. They made the first window gaming tablet aka Razer Edge. They patent a Ornata as mecha-membrane keyboard. And now first 120hz phone. Great!
I am considering this phone, and the camera isn't a deal breaker to me, but am always nervous about someone's 1st attempt. Can anyone else vouch for this phone in everyday use? Plus can we just all agree that the fingerprint scanner in the power button IS THE BEST!!
I just bought 3 Razer phones, and have a big problems for their touch screen! Its keep moving it self like too sensitive or somethings.. cannot use for typing in chat or when in browshing.. i had sent email to Razer and they havent reply my email yet! No response...
Sounds like the perfect phone. Unbelievable Samsung or Apple hasn't came out with a phone with these specs. don't seem like the classiest phone in the world but I'm not the classiest guy either. don't tell nobody. Maybe I spoke too soon no headphone jack I'm out
OK the phone is a heatsink, but then the heatsink needs something like fins to dissipate the heat. How many minutes of intense 120fps gaming can you do before it overheats? The OLED of the Note 8 I believe has superior contrast and colors, particularly dark colors which is great for VR. Surely the Note 8 can do 90hz for the photon to motion timing in VR.
It's a good looking phone and promising. But its inferior to iPhone 8/X and Samsungs flagships S8 ect... Razor phone is "gaming" phone but benchmarks shows it's 2 or 3 times slower than iPhone A11 . . .
As a heavy gamer, I don't think it is a worth upgrade(op3 user) as the only change I would get is better fps which perhaps doesn't affect every game. It can only be worth buying if and only if it contains Nvidia chipset as it will allow me to play some restricted Nvidia users games. For now I think I am getting a lot more in my current phone.
Great a gaming phone to play all that pay2win free2play bullshit that has convoluted and taken over the mobile game industry. Shit games too nonetheless. Cell phone games ruined video games. They were the first to push f2p into the mainstream, and after the game industry saw how much money cell phone game companies were making from micro transactions, they really jumped in on it. Stop buying this trash, we have to end pay2win.
