Burpee, front lever.. all those things need strength in leg.. if you don't have enough strength in legs, you can't hold your leg straight when trying to do levers. Calisthenics is all about whole body training but it is unnecessary to do weighted squats to do front lever and muscle ups... Purpose of training is just different. And i bet his legs are way stronger than you guys chatting here saying "his legs are ugly"

NEVER GIVE UPP Jagjit Singh "everyone" who wants big legs by doing calisthenics dont realize that big legs will make their progress slower in skills
I m also doing callishtenics and weight training together and I also trains legs once in week and my legs looks better than before and I also progressing in front lever back lever human flag handstand and planche but m developing my legs as my upper body and everybody which are doing callishtenics or weight traning develop their legs as much upper body

Mikołaj Witkowski talks guy whos not doing calisthenics for sure. Im doing calisthenics for almost 2 years I train my legs once a week but im not trying to get them big but i also dont want to have complete chiken legs. If I was trying to build big legs I will not be able to do front lever or straddle planche which im able to do right now
