Sir, could you please clarify one specific question for me. Supposedly, a man marries another women and transfers all the property under her name. Can the legal heirs (meaning sons from the first wife along with the first wife) press any charges against their father to have an equitable distribution of wealth? Or can they expect to have any share in the property given to the second wife?
