There is anger and joy in Central Africa over the release from prison of a convicted warlord.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) ordered the interim release "under specific conditions" of Jean-Pierre Bemba, 55, the former vice president of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), who was found guilty in June 2016 of atrocities committed by troops under his control in the neighbouring Central African Republic (CAR).
But last week, an appeals court judge said Bemba could not be held criminally responsible for their crimes.

This is an obvious move. Truth is kabila needs to go , sorry " must" go and as a political game bemba seems to be next in line for the presidency. But the reality is that the Congolese people need a true patriot like Mosengo or Felix ( E. Tshisekdi s son) instead of an ex warLord.
