IF THERE IS UNION TERRITORY WITH STATE LEGISLATURE(Delhi and Pondicherry) then CGST +SGST levied
IF THERE IS UNION TERRITORY WITHOUT STATE LEGISLATURE(Chandigarh lakshwadeep.Andaman and Nicobar island dodra and NAGAR haweli daman and diu) then CGST + UTGST levied
you mean if the farmer pays Rs.30 as GST, the flour mill will also pay Rs.30+(a profit to the farmer), Bakery will pay Rs.30+(a profit to the flour mill) ??
Very simplified language to understand GST. Thanks
I have a query, you gave farmer example but in my knowledge farmer is waived off from all type of taxes on his/her agriculture income. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
Yes, you are right.. But I used it just as an example to let the viewers understand...However, I am not sure under GST whether they are exempted or not!
