Can someone advise me here .. Besides shooting in raw and 4k+ how does this camera compare to a high end DSLR? Let's say the Canon 1DX. I really don't know much about RED so I'm just trying to figure out where it stands.
How are you able to get so many views on YouTube? I'm struggling to get ton of views on YouTube. Can you give me any tips maybe on how to get more views? and I love all over your videos.Keep up the good work my friend.
Nice looking camera, but ouch at that price. I suspect it's worth it and all, but on the flipside... Why only with Apple? Why not have a Windows equivalent kit available to those who prefer to work in Windows?
I'd like to throw in a little correction. ISO is not something that is preserved in the RAW image. You can't take an underexposed shot at say ISO100 then digitally increase the exposure. I mean you can but it won't look good. ISO is just like Aperture and shutter speed. You get it right before filming/shooting. And it's also not a 'digital gain' adjustment. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the ISO adjustement happens while the signal is still analog.
"When the light hits the sensor, it's still capturing analogue signal/s. After the analogue signal/s leaves sensor's output it goes through an amplifier. This is where the value of the ISO comes in, it's essentially the volume knob for the amplifier.
After this it goes through an analogue to digital converter. It can then be digitally processed, adjusted, compressed or whatever according to your camera's feature functions. Before any of this digital process, it's in the form of a RAW data."
