You cannot say best value without mentioning OnePlus.
Even with the OnePlus 5, which isn't as cheap as the first three were on launch, is still ahead of the competition in terms of value.
OnePlus is perhaps the only Chinese OEM I deeply appreciate for having complete flagship specs and having their own original design language, when all other Chinese OEM's seem to copy other manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, LG and HTC in terms of hardware and software, and also consistently featuring in their flagships a weird mix of high-end and mid-range specs.
i want a Samsung Galaxy S8+, but Samsung's phones LOVE to slow down and get shitty battery life like my Galaxy S7 (got it last March, my max battery life from 100% under normal use is 5ish hours, not even enough to get through school or a good road trip.) i really want a Oneplus 5 but it isnt waterproof and doesnt have wireless charging, the AKG earbuds, or DEX.. i HATE iPhones with a passion and dont like the huge forehead and chin on yge pixel phones but like the camera. and the Note8 has a smaller battery than the S8+ but i want that S-Pen for photo editing and making cool stuff but its almost a thousand dollars and only has 6GB of RAM and id rather have 8... fuck
I bought the HTCU11 because THAT was supposed to be the best camera according to DX0Mark. How did that old Pixel get on there? All the other tech teachers are saying the HTCU11 is the phone of the year.
How do u know which phone has a good camera, can you please explain in detail. Because, there are phones that like; for ex : Huawei P10 plus withe a 12 and 20 dual camera, smasung galaxy s8 I think it has a 16 or 12 rear camera and few more with a camera between
12mps-23mps. What is the difference if I get a phone with a 12mps Vs 23mps Vs a dual camera mps.
And also lg g6 kicks any of these phones you listed ass. S8 has dumb fingerprint placement, touchwise sucks, smaller battery, don't like the curve screen with the glare issues, and s8 is to fragile. Pixel has camera flare issues, no SD card slot, no waterproofing, bezels are huge and ugly. IPhone same old boring phone apple keeps releasing not much change, no SD card support, only ip67 lower rating, no full NFC support, no headphone jack, phone is to locked down can't install third party apk apps, low screen resolution, no fast charging, no wireless charging.
I'll take the OnePlus Oxygen OS over TouchWiz/Experience UI, LG Optimus, and Android over iOS altogether.
Stock Android is the best. In 2015-2016 I was looking for a new smartphone my final two options were the OnePlus 3T and the Nexus 6p the OnePlus 3T Oxygen OS had the 6p beat however because the 6p received regular update straight from Google for two years so I figured that would be plenty of time for Google to improve stock Android. I have the same view today. Google is now fixing the problems with stock Android.
For those reasons I still think stock Android is the best and Oxygen OS is the second-best.
There are multiple, multiple features of TouchWiz/Experience UI that I find unnecessary. Also there's still Samsung bloatware and the lack of receiving new updates.
He's only saying the OP5 has the best software because Android 7.0 has been out for 10 months. Next video, later this year, he's gonna say the Pixel has the best software because it's the only phone with Android 8.0.
I think the Sony mobile department should start paying the mobile reviewers like you. I already removed 99.99% of US-Based YouTube mobile phone reviewers (like the Phone Arena, Android Authority, GSM Arena, Pocket Now, Marques Brownlee, Austin Evans, and many more), occasionally getting lots of slice of bread from the Samsung and the rest of mobile companies who are willing to pay them just to get more positive reviews from the units they are selling. Sell-out much? Unsubscribed. 😌😌😌
What about the Huawei Mate 9? It has a giant 4000mAh battery and can be fully charged in 1h 20mins. The dual camera has 13+20MP and its way cheaper than the phones in this video, except for the OnePlus5. Greetings from Germany
