ZTE brings back the affordable goodness with a phone that sports some features you'd probably expect from a more premium priced device.

Im deciding between this or the ZTE Blade Zmax. I love the look of the blade Zmax and I like that the fingerprint sensor is on the back. But having two 13MP sensors and an extra GB of ram are nice pluses. Also wish the v8 pro was running Android N instead
Should I get this or the Honor 6x? Leaning towards the 6x for better build quality etc. However, it doesn't have usb-c or NFC, I don't use either of these though. But which one actually "performs" better
+Alex Bakker true that. I just have big hands and I like to see stuff on big screens. Stock Android didn't provide much "big screen features" other than "multi window mode" and making the keyboard smaller.
alexdiezg 6" is absolutely perfect for gaming and watching YouTube, Netflix etc. but I think it's just a little too big for everyday use UNLESS they get the software 100% right to make use of the big screen
+Alex Bakker I believe it does if they make the body big enough for the screen and speakers but small enough for the hand. On my Nexus 6 there's still plenty of bezels left that could've been screen instead. If you know the Mi Mix then I can tell you the dimensions are surprisingly very very similar. Imagine the 6.4 inches go down to 6 inches. Then you might see that there will be room for the speakers. I won't mind that, but I won't mind a smaller phone either. It's just what I prefer.
Did ZTE and Huawei get together to develop the camera? The camera on the Honor 6x is strikingly similar in design and functionality even though the sensors are different. Excited about that price though, I hope some different back covers are going to be available.
The camera is shit which is literally the biggest reason why i wont get it... i mean the v8 pro has a better camera and its cheaper. So i guess its either the best audio or a better camera and cheaper price. Also any news on daydream ready for axon 7?
Glad I'm waiting until post CES for a new phone. Missed the Honor 8 at $299 but now I don't feel like I'm missing anything (performance on the 625 still passes my 801 in my HTC Desire EYE I'm currently using). May only be swayed if the Honor 8 or Alcatel Idol 4S get a surprise price cut before the end of January/early February
+Mustafa Mirza I think so too, have you seen that things auto focus technology the thing is seamless, and in the long run your more likely to see software updates vs this device that maybe stuck forever
